buffalo and cows milk.
HALLOUMI: is a Middle Eastern cheese hailing from Cyprus. It is a semi-soft cheese that has
a salty and savoury taste and has a springy yet firm texture. Our Halloumi is salted using pure
Himalayan rock-salt.
